A magical concoction of live, 2 hour flexibility classes, and a choose-your-own-adventure-style strength and mobility plan to supercharge your gains!

We’ll take a joint by joint approach to training:

✅ Hip and glute strength for leg extensions

✅ Killing your microbend

✅ Making the most out of your current shoulder flexibility, to make it look like you have more

✅ Spinal strength to HOLD those backbends

✅ Unconventional toe point training

✅ AND how to get that “moving through thick air” type movement that makes even your mid ranges look mesmerizing.

Whether it’s fantastically creepy creature shapes, or ballerina lines you’re after, this workshop will SHOW YOU HOW TO EMBODY STRENGTH for lines you can see from the back row.

LIVE FLEXIBILITY CLASS with Britta Fridays at noon-2pm pacific time.

Week 1: Full body with a focus on upright backbends (needle, toes to head, etc)

Week 2: Full body with a focus on Middles

Week 3: Full body with a focus on Inverted Backbends (bridge shapes, forearm stands)

Week 4: Full body with a focus on Front Splits
